Preventative Maintenance Agreement ($219.00 for 1st system/$119.00 per additional system) We will send text/email reminders for maintenance appointments. Hardin Heating & Air will visit your property twice per year and perform as follows:
- Change air filter/s (if available at property)
- Priority Service & Booking
- Rinse condenser coils with water
- Check refrigerant levels & pressures
- Blow out condensate drains
- Test starting capabilities (motors & compressors)
- Oil fan motors where applicable
- Check blower components
- Monitor voltage & amperage
- Check air flow
- Tighten electrical connections
- Oil moving parts where applicable
- Measure temperature differences
- Check thermostat
- Check belt tension
- Change Filter/s (if available at property)
- Same as Spring/Summer Inspection
- Test all heat safety controls & fan limits

Please note the benefits of being on our plan:
- No additional repairs will be made without prior approval from the customer. Labor & materials will be discounted at 15%, if an additional repair is needed.
- Emergency service calls will be charged as a regular-priced service call. No overtime fees.
- Replacement Heating or Air Conditioning units/equipment do not qualify for the 15% discount.
